We deliver boxes to your office. Each box has a unique barcode and seal to ensure ultimate privacy and security. You then fill the boxes with your documents .

Once they are ready, we collect your boxes and deliver them to our professional document storage warehouse where they are scanned and given a trackable location.

With a building built specifically as a professional document storage warehouse, Rentastore offers a superior and reliable storage service for your documents.

Your documents will be stored in a concrete bunker, safely protected from all major threats such as fire, theft, flooding and pests.

State of the Art Storage Facilities

Our state-of-the-art secure storage services include an argonite fire suppression system, pest control measure and fire, and intruder alarms.

Access control and CCTV are also in place and with the premises being located above ground level, to avoid the risk of flooding, you can rest assured that the safety of your documents will not be compromised in any way.
